  • Our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes are tailored to each site and its individual asset inventory. We create structured maintenance schedules based on industry standards and manufacturers’ guidelines, covering routine servicing and checks throughout the year.

    Alongside scheduled maintenance, our engineers carry out regular daily, weekly and monthly walk-around inspections, helping identify potential issues before they develop into costly failures.

    This proactive approach helps reduce unexpected breakdowns, maintain asset performance, support compliance and maximise the lifespan of critical building equipment

    Through investment in CAFM systems, specialist software and system integrations, we can monitor servicing, defects, maintenance history and recurring faults across a site.

  • Not every asset performs best under a standard maintenance schedule. Our Predetermined Maintenance programmes are tailored to the specific requirements of each building, its assets and operational needs.

    Where equipment requires more frequent servicing or additional attention, for example, due to handover defects, asset condition or known performance issues , we adapt the maintenance schedule accordingly.

    This flexible approach ensures maintenance is carried out when it is genuinely needed, helping improve reliability, address recurring issues and protect asset performance.
