Integrating entry systems with CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and intercoms for comprehensive facility security. -Coordinating with security personnel to ensure proper monitoring and response to access control alerts and incidents.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Scheduling routine maintenance and inspections of entry system components to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responding to and resolving issues related to access control malfunctions, software glitches, and hardware failures.
Emergency Protocols and Response
Developing emergency protocols for access control systems during power outages, system failures, or security breaches. Training staff on proper procedures for handling access control system failures and emergency situations.
Technology Upgrades and Expansion
Evaluating new technologies and advancements in access control systems to identify potential upgrades and expansions. Planning and overseeing the implementation of system upgrades or expansions to accommodate facility growth and evolving security needs.
Training and User Education
Providing training to staff, tenants, and visitors on the proper use of access control systems and adherence to security protocols. Promoting awareness of security best practices and reporting procedures for potential security threats or unauthorized access attempts.
