Planned Preventative Maintenance
Planned Preventative Maintenance - is where we build a schedule of routine tasks (based upon industry and original equipment manufacturers guidelines) to undertake periodic maintenance across a sites asset inventory.
The frequency is determined by a combination of these standards and guidelines and typically covers a a 12 month cycle of maintenance, tasks including 12, 6, 3 and 1 monthly intervals, down to weekly and daily checks.
In addition to the industry guidelines, we incorporate our own daily, weekly and monthly "walk around" checks into each site schedule, which allows the team to visually check and note any potential issues before they arise.
The intention is to ensure that assets and inventory operate as intended and to minimise the likelihood of unexpected breakdown or failure and of course to maximise the lifespan of each asset.
