Data Driven Maintenance
 

Increasingly, clients are looking to technology to help drive and monitor their assets.

 

Impero Facilities have invested heavily in this area, including a range of CAFM tools, software and staff training.

 

On the software front we are working with a number of clients on developing software API's that link site systems to maintenance and servicing records.

 

Subsequently, our ability to report on servicing, defects and fault finding trends is growing every day, allowing us to work closely with clients to identify trends and address potential issues before they become major problems. Often resulting in significant costs savings and the ability to switch suppliers, make and models that continually fail.
