Reactive Maintenance
 

Unfortunately, even with the best maintenance schedule in place, assets will occasionally breakdown or fail without warning.

 

Our Reactive service looks to address the issue or failure correct it accordingly. As a multi-skilled team, we will always aim to rectify the issue at the first attempt, but in any event, engineers will include in each Reactive Call Out report the reasons for the breakdown and notify their site manager at the earliest possible opportunity with a summary of reason for the breakdown.

 

Any major issues or concerns will immediately be escalated to site mangers, who will discuss with client to decide on the appropriate course of action.

 

In the event of a critical event, which would have a major operational impact on a site, engineers are able to escalate internally to board level to ensure the appropriate actions can be taken in order to restore service.
